Burak Aluminum’s electrostatic powder coating facility provides surface solutions that combine aesthetics and durability. With 2 coating booths and an annual capacity of 6,000 tons, the facility paints profiles up to 10 meters long with high precision, offering long-lasting use in indoor and outdoor settings.
Our coating line is equipped with advanced systems from Gema and Wagner, enabling fast color changes, minimal powder loss, and high surface quality. Automatic spray guns ensure precise coating thickness, uniform surfaces, and consistent color. We offer painting in all RAL codes and various gloss levels, with a strong customer-oriented production approach.
The wood transfer line, which gives profiles a natural wood appearance, has an annual capacity of 2,500 tons for profiles up to 7 meters. In response to customer demands, high-quality finishes are offered in a wide range of patterns including golden oak, light walnut, dark walnut, mahogany, wenge, and many more, delivering realistic textures and colors for aesthetic solutions
All processes are carried out under the assurance of QUALICOAT and QUALIMARINE certifications, which represent international quality standards. Our coated profiles offer superior resistance to UV exposure and outdoor conditions. Rigorous testing and quality control at every stage ensure that each product is safe and reliable in use.
During the surface pre-treatment phase, chrome-free chemicals are used, and in our coating preferences, environmentally friendly materials are prioritized. This approach not only contributes to sustainability but also ensures compliance with international environmental standards. At Burak Aluminium, we do not just coated aluminium – we also build trust.
Powder Coating Laboratory
Our Powder Coating Laboratory oversees all quality control steps for electrostatic powder coating, following QUALICOAT and QUALIMARINE standards. Tests include:
- Bending Test Assesses coating flexibility and adhesion.
- Adhesion Test (Cross Cut) Measures bonding strength of the coating.
- Wet Adhesion Test Tests coating resistance under humid conditions.
- Impact Test Measures coating resistance to mechanical shocks.
- Coating Thickness Measurement – Ensures uniform paint application.
- Gloss Measurement Assesses surface appearance quality.
- Color Measurement (ΔE) – Measures color differences using a spectrophotometer.
- Cupping Test Tests the dent resistance of coatings.
- Titanium Coating Test Verifies chemical pretreatment quality via spectrophotometry.
- Weight Loss Test Assesses coating performance with precision tools.
