The Die Shop, a cornerstone of our extrusion operations, ensures in-house die production with high precision and quality. This approach eliminates external dependency and allows complete flexibility in quality control and delivery times.
Equipped with three CNC vertical machining centers capable of processing up to 520 mm in diameter and 250 mm in height, and a wire EDM machine offering 0.25 mm tolerance and 0.0001 mm error margin, our facility ensures meticulous die production. Sinker EDM machines deliver high surface quality even in complex geometries.
Our infrastructure also includes lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses, surfacing machines, and 3D printers, allowing us to produce an average of 120 dies per month. Nitriding processes enhance die lifespan, while the entire production process is traceable and recorded per quality standards.
