Burak Aluminum combines quality and aesthetics in anodizing with two separate facilities and an annual capacity of 14,000 tons. One facility features a fully automated Monti-brand line, delivering high efficiency and precision. Profiles from 5 cm to 8.4 meters in length can be anodized with thicknesses ranging from 5 to 25 microns. Finishes are available in natural, bronze, champagne, black, yellow, and brown tones, with flexible options for custom colors.
Surface preparation processes such as polishing, brushing, and grinding allow for diverse textures, creating visually appealing and durable profiles suitable for industries from architecture to automotive.
The hard oxide layer offers high resistance to corrosion and UV rays and complies fully with QUALANOD specifications and TSE 4922 quality standards. Throughout the process, ongoing testing and quality checks ensure the reliability of each product.
We operate in accordance with ROHS and REACH directives. All waste generated during production is treated with our purification systems to ensure environmentally responsible operations aligned with sustainable principles.
Anodizing Laboratory
The Anodizing Laboratory at Burak Aluminum conducts quality control of surface treatments according to international standards, including TS EN ISO and QUALANOD. Tests include:
- Weight Loss Test Analyzes coating performance using a precision scale, desiccator, and stirrer system.
- Coating Thickness Measurement (Microns) Evaluates coating quality and durability.
- Admittance Test Tests electrical permeability of anodized coatings.
- Fluoride Measurement Assesses surface fluoride level with a fluorometer.
- pH and Conductivity Measurement Ensures chemical bath stability.
